This service is currently available for customers only in the Dar es Salaam region.

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel an order. However, you can return the product(s) and get a full refund.

Yes, you can return a product(s) in your order and you’ll get a full refund. All returns must be delivered by the customer to our office at 65 Chole Road Masaki, Dar es Salaam.

Products returned will be checked to see if they are unopened, unused, undamaged, if they are truly ours and have proof of purchase (tax receipt), once that’s confirmed a full refund will be processed.

If a product checked will be found to be a fraud product, used, opened, damaged and/or with no proof of purchase, then the product will be returned to the customer and no refund will be provided.

Products can be returned to our office at 65 Chole Road Masaki within two (2) days after delivery.

Once the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your mobile number or bank account within 24 hours.

Products are delivered to customers by our delivery agents using motorbikes.

Products are delivered to customers within one to two hours, depending with the traffic in the city.

The delivery fee is TZS 3,000 per order anywhere in Dar es Salaam with the exception of some areas which are Pugu, Chanika, Kigamboni, Kisarawe and Kivule.

An order can be paid for through the available options:
– Cash on delivery
– Credit card payment
– Mobile money payment

Yes, a customer will receive a tax receipt after paying for an order.
